Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Visora, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Visora.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version in the app and on this page and update the date above. If you keep using Visora after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who Can Use Visora

You must be at least 13 years old to use Visora. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your Account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@visora.app if you think someone else is using it.

4. Your Content

You own the dreams, comments and other content you post ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run Visora: to save your journal, create the art and interpretations you ask for, and show what you share to the people you chose. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the right to post Your Content and that it follows these Terms and the law.

5. Community Rules and Zero Tolerance

Visora has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or send content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone
• is hateful or discriminatory toward any group
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way
• promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activity
• shares someone else's personal information without permission
• is spam, a scam, or impersonates another person

You can report content with the flag icon and block a person from the menu on their profile. People you block can no longer comment on your dreams or send you friend requests.

We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using Visora for anything illegal
• Accessing accounts, data or parts of Visora you are not allowed to
• Interfering with Visora, its servers or other users
• Scraping Visora or using bots or automated tools with it
• Copying, reselling or reverse engineering the app

7. Visora Plus Subscriptions

Visora Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly. The price and length of each plan, including any free trial, are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription. Apple decides who is eligible for a trial.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Deleting your Visora account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it with Apple first.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Apple App Store Terms

If you got Visora from the App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). If it conflicts with these Terms, the EULA controls as between you and Apple.

These Terms are between you and Visora, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Visora or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. AI Art and Interpretations

Visora uses AI services to paint your dreams and write interpretations. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect, and similar art may be created for other people.

Interpretations and art are for reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional, or contact local emergency services if you are in danger.

10. Intellectual Property

Visora, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Visora or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of any part of it. You may use the art created for your dreams for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

VISORA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT VISORA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, VISORA AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VISORA. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Visora harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

14. Ending Your Use

You can stop using Visora and delete your account anytime in the app under Settings, Account settings, Delete account. Your account is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, and signing back in during that time cancels the deletion. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
